Don Was Discusses Music Production


There are some good clips with Don Was/producer,being interviewed by Stephen Webber,over at Berklee Music.

Over four decades as a record producer, Don Was has worked with artists such as Bob Dylan, Bonnie Raitt, the B-52s, Amos Lee, Ziggy Marley, and the Rolling Stones. He won the 1994 Grammy Award for Producer of the Year and he produced a documentary about the Beach Boys' Brian Wilson. Plus, the Detroit native is co-leader of Was (Not Was), a band that fuses funk, r&b, rock, soul, pop, dance music, and other styles in a seamless blend that has yielded hits like "Walk the Dinosaur" and "Spy in the House of Love."

Hi,
I am such a big fan of music when ever i free i turn on my i pod and listen music from it whole day...
I also searching for music info like lyrics albums singers and much more....
My favorite music types are sad songs , Fast Rock and Roll type songs and some really Hip Hop...
So this article will make me more better in music knowledge and also some kind of fun.....

I like Don Was. He's a great producer. I first heard about him back in the day when his group "Was Not Was" came out with "woodworks squeak and out come the freaks. Funky groove and club hit. Much respect.
